Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and the authentication details required to verify your identity (managed via Supabase Auth). We do not collect a separate username during sign-up; your account is identified by your email.

Shipping Information

When you request shipping for a physical collectible, we collect the shipping address you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of that address. Shipping addresses are stored only as long as needed to fulfill the request.

Purchase and Pull History

We maintain a record of every pack purchase and collectible pull associated with your account. This includes the pack name, item reserved, pull date, and the result of the pull. This history is accessible to you inside the app.

Store Credit and Transaction History

All Account Balance deposits, Store Credit adjustments, and transaction events are logged and associated with your account for accuracy and dispute resolution.

Device and Usage Data

We do not install analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not collect device location, device identifiers, or anonymized usage telemetry. Server-side request logs (IP address and timestamp) are retained only for security and fraud-prevention purposes and are not linked to your account for advertising purposes.

How We Use Your Information

• To operate your account and fulfill physical collectible orders.
• To process payments and maintain accurate Account Balance records.
• To send transactional communications (order confirmations, shipping updates, account notices).
• To investigate fraud, unauthorized transactions, and disputes.
• To comply with applicable law and retain legally required records.
• To improve the Accolades Rips service.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

Supabase

We use Supabase to host our database and manage authentication. Your account data and transaction records are stored on Supabase infrastructure. Supabase's own privacy policy governs their handling of that data.

Stripe

Payments are processed through Stripe's hosted checkout. Accolades Rips does not directly store complete payment-card numbers. Payment information is collected and processed entirely within Stripe's PCI-compliant environment. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of payment data.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Transaction records (purchases, deposits, sell-backs) may be retained for longer periods where required by law or needed for dispute resolution.

Account Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time from within the Accolades Rips app (Account screen). Unresolved fulfillment or payment matters may need to be resolved before deletion is processed. Legally required transaction records may be retained after account deletion. Any remaining Store Credit has no cash value and is forfeited upon deletion.

Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS), access controls, and authentication tokens. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Age Requirements

Accolades Rips is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us so we can investigate and remove the account.
