Terms of Use

1. What You Are Purchasing

Accolades Rips sells real physical collectible cards from individually tracked inventory. Each pack purchase is the purchase of one specific physical collectible selected at random according to the published pack odds. The selected physical item is reserved to you and revealed through an in-app animation. The animation is only the reveal experience. The purchase itself is a physical good.

2. Pack Odds

Pull odds for every pack are disclosed before purchase in the "What's inside" details. Rarity does not guarantee a specific monetary value unless expressly stated. Inventory availability can change as physical items are reserved. Any first-pack promotion is disclosed in advance and matches server behavior. No undisclosed personalized odds are used.

3. Estimated Values

Any value shown for an item is an estimate for reference only and is not a guarantee of resale price, market value, or grading outcome. Values may change over time.

4. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase packs. We may ask you to confirm your age before completing a purchase.

5. Payments & Account Balance

Stripe processes payments for physical goods. Funds you add become Account Balance, which is a prepaid balance used to purchase physical collectibles from Accolades Rips. Account Balance is non-transferable between accounts.

6. Store Credit

Store Credit is earned through sell-backs, rewards, and promotions. Store Credit has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be transferred to another user, and may only be used for eligible purchases from Accolades Rips.

7. Sell Back

Sell Back is an offer from Accolades Rips to repurchase an owned physical collectible for Store Credit. The exact Store Credit amount is shown before confirmation. Sell Back is final after confirmation. Sold-back items are removed from your active Collection and can no longer be shipped or picked up. Store Credit received is not cash.

8. Fulfillment: Shipping

Once you request shipping for an eligible item, it will be shipped to the address you provide. Please double-check your address before confirming. We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrectly entered address. Shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates. Shipping fees apply and are shown at the time of request. For lost or damaged shipments, contact support at support@accoladesrips.com.

9. Fulfillment: Pickup

Where local pickup is offered, items must be collected within the stated pickup window. Unclaimed items past the pickup deadline may be returned to general inventory at our discretion. Contact support at support@accoladesrips.com if you have a pickup issue.

10. Identity Verification

We may require identity verification (for example, before high-value purchases, shipping, or other eligible actions) to protect against fraud and comply with the law. If requested verification is not completed, the related purchase, shipment, or action may be delayed or declined.

11. Refunds

Because each completed purchase reserves and reveals a specific physical collectible, completed pack purchases are generally final. Contact support@accoladesrips.com for duplicate charges, fulfillment problems, unauthorized transactions, damaged items, or other eligible refund concerns.

12. Fair Use

Automated purchasing, exploiting bugs, or attempting to manipulate odds is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

13. Account Deletion

You can initiate account deletion from inside the app at any time from the Account screen. Unresolved fulfillment or payment matters may need to be resolved first. Legally required transaction records may be retained after deletion. Any remaining Store Credit has no cash value and is forfeited upon deletion.

14. Changes

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Independent Retailer

Accolades Rips is an independent collectible retailer. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak, Creatures, or any other card manufacturer or brand owner.
